Geraldine Brooks
Geraldine Brooks holds a B.A. in Fine Arts from the State University of New York in Albany. She worked in Paris in the reproduction of old masters as a preparation for L'IFROA (Institute Francais de Restoration d'Oeuvres d' Art). She worked as an intern in Painting conservation with a private conservator in Albany, NY and has worked with Theresa Carmichael since 1990. Geraldine is a Professional Associate in the American Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works (AIC) since 2012.
Theresa Carmichael
Theresa Carmichael received her diploma in the conservation of easel paintings from the Courtauld Institute of Art, University of London. She has also received diplomas from : L'Universita Internazionale dell'Arte in Florence, Italy, and the Center for Conservation and Technical Studies at the Fogg Art Museum, Harvard University. She holds a B.A. in Art from Bridgewater State University. She has worked for the Brocton Art Museum in Massachusetts; the Friends of French Arts in Sciez, France; The Fogg Art Museum; and a private conservation laboratory in New Hampshire. Ms. Carmichael has been in private practice since 1988. She is a member of the American Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works, The International Institute of Conservation and the New England Conservation Association. Theresa is a Professional Associate in the American Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works (AIC) since 1987.
